Elvish Yadav Admits to Supplying Snakes and Venom at Parties: Shocking Revelation

Today, the court was unable to address the appeal of Elvish Yadav, the winner of Big Boss and a well-known YouTuber. However, Elvish has confessed to his involvement, admitting, “I used to provide snakes and their venom at parties.”

Noida police has invoked 29 sections of the NDPS Act. Consequently, the suspect could face a minimum sentence of 20 years, with obtaining bail proving to be challenging under this act. Details regarding the party at the farmhouse were also disclosed.

Wildlife Protection Act of 1972

Elvish Yadav was accused under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972 and charged with involvement in an alleged criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Consequently, the case was shifted from Sector 49 to Sector 20 police station for further investigation.

Noida Police detained YouTuber Elvish Yadav

On Sunday, Noida Police detained YouTuber Elvish Yadav on suspicion of his connection to an investigation regarding the purported use of snake venom at a social gathering. According to recent updates, Elvish is set to appear in court today. This arrest comes after forensic analysis confirmed that samples collected during a supposed rave event in Noida last year indeed contained venom from Cobra and Krait snake species.
